Respecting Age Issues
NSS fully understands the need to respect people of all ages and through our Equal Opportunities Policy and Equal Pay Statement, we will apply the criteria of fairness based on merit. We are also committed to the Dignity at Work policies being operated in NHS Scotland which seek to prevent discrimination on the grounds of age or any other factor.
