Employment Monitoring Statistics

NSS monitors on a regular basis the composition of its workforce and job applicants with a view to ensuring equality of opportunity and promoting diversity across the six equality strands. This involves seeking equality monitoring information from all job applicants from the point of request of application through to appointment and beyond.

These web pages have been developed to show the composition of the NSS workforce. However there are a number of areas where tracking needs to be improved and this will be progressed on an ongoing basis.
