Faith and Religion
Recognising the Need to Respect Faith/Religion
We fully recognise the need to respect an individual's right to faith/religion/belief, or those of no declared faith.
Spiritual Care Services
We are committed to recognising the spiritual care needs of the public when in contact with our services, as well as administering to the spiritual care needs of our staff.
The NSS Staff Governance Committee has the responsibility to oversee and monitor the delivery of the organisation's Spiritual Care Policy. It also has the duty to ensure that emotional support issues are progressed so that staff, the public and stakeholders are afforded every opportunity to gain benefits, both in work and in health.
