Meeting Sexual Orientation Legislation
We fully understand our responsibilities under the Equality Act 2010. This is reflected in our Equal Opportunities policy.
We work closely with NHS Health Scotland's equalities, planning and people directorate and have worked in partnership with Stonewall Scotland to work toward the Equality Index for LGB Staff and the LGB Centre for Health and Wellbeing Edinburgh. Our aim is to understand the challenges and barriers faced by LGB people and ensure that the services we deliver, and the environment in which our staff work, is free from discrimination.
